Tommy G. Warren

warrenTommy G. Warren is an American Screenwriter, Director, and Producer. He began working in film in the 1970s. Tommy has worked with major motion picture studios, such as Dreamworks and MGM, as a Production Design Consultant. His years of involvement with both domestic and foreign relations made him an invaluable asset on such films as Red Corner with Richard Gere. He also produced and wrote several documentary films. Warren moved to Hollywood to work on a film with MGM and had an office at Paramount Studios. During that time Tommy co-wrote and produced a feature film entitled The Inner Circle.

spiderwoodIn 2004 Tommy founded Spiderwood Productions and began creating feature films and then, in 2009, having self-funded it, he launched Spiderwood Studios. He personally designed and oversaw the construction of this full-service Motion Picture, Television, Music and Animation Studio. It is a state-of-the-art, full service production facility situated on 200-acres of diverse terrain along the Colorado River. It is located 25 minutes east of downtown Austin, Texas and is 15 minutes from Bergstrom International Airport. It is the state's largest privately owned studio. Spiderwood Studios is also centrally located in Texas, in relatively close proximity to the Houston ( and Dallas ( Rodeos and even closer to the San Antonio ( and Austin ( Rodeos. It is envisioned that Spiderwood Studios will be developed as a hub location for many of the production and other activities of The Road to Houston and other television series. Tommy has been involved with and a lifelong fan of rodeo and is working with The Road to Houston's Producers on the development of the logistical and other production aspects of this pilot series.
